Engaging the Fat Burning Zone

When you often go to gyms your average treadmills will have a setting called “Fat Burning Zone”.  The Fat Burning zone is a low intensity speed zone which you would burn a lot more fat going at a slower pace.  You burn more fat at lower intensities then you do at higher intensities since with lower intensities you would burn around 50 percent of fat then you would at high intensities of around 30 to 35 percent.
